Frequently asked questions
Q: What do I need to place an order?
Fill in and submit the form above and we will send you a Royal Mail tracked and insured pre-paid box. We will need a copy of your prescription (this is yours by law and has to be given to you as soon as leaving the testing room). The prescription has to be no more than two years old or we will not be able to use it. Put your frame and prescription in the box and post them to us.
Q: What happens once I send my frames to you?
When we have analysed your glasses we will be able to determine which type of lens you have. We will then contact you to discuss the options available.
Q: What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 day returns policy. If for any reason you wish to return your glasses please contact us. Please retain your old lenses and if a problem arises send these back with your glasses.
Q: Sending glasses to use using Royal Mail Tracked 48
Basic compensation for actual loss: Up to £100 or the market value whichever is lower and the fee repaid. Evidence of the actual loss must be provided to enable Royal Mail to determine the value of the contents of the packet.
Such evidence might be receipts, bank or credit card statements, details of age, catalogue price.
PayPal record, invoices, manufacturing costs, auctioneers valuation, and repair costs in the case of damage.

Q: I have a very expensive frame and I am worried that they might get lost in the post?
We recommend that you send your glasses Royal Mail Special Delivery and make sure they are in a hard case to reduce the risk of damage. We can return your glasses using the same method.
